Diamond Reclaim Program

We offer a natural diamond reclaiming program for customers that no longer want or need their diamonds. Please email concierge@padisjewelry.com with your diamond certificate number. A Padis gemologist will reach out to you with the next steps or you can bring the stone and all accompanying paperwork in for inspection and an offer for faster turnaround. We offer a check for your used diamond or a Padis Credit Value to use at our locations at your own discretion or towards another diamond purchase. At this time, we only accept diamonds that are at least 1 carat with an accompanying grading report from an independent diamond laboratory such as GIA or Forevermark . Lab-grown diamonds are not applicable to this program. We reserve the right to decline any diamond submission request.
