For Ring Consultations:
Please share your preferences, or if there's a specific piece you'd like to see, and we'll prepare a personalized showing for you. Preferences may include: carat range, stone shape, setting style, metal, budget, etc.

For Jewelry Appraisals:
Our certified gemologists and Graduate Appraisers will review your piece and provide you with a written assessment that can be given to any insurance company or agency requiring documentation on jewelry. Our appraisal queue requires our clients to drop off your jewelry or diamond with us for a 2-3 week turn around. The fee is $195. Please be sure to bring accompanying grading reports and paperwork. This assists the appraiser and can result in faster turnaround time.

Showroom Hours:
If you show up outside our hours list below, or you do not bring your ID to your San Francisco appointment, we will not be able to assist you and you will have to reschedule.
